The Role
Swift Temps are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Print Production Assistant (No.2) to join a busy lithographic print department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within print manufacturing. You'll work alongside experienced Printers and Machine Operators, supporting the production process while learning a skilled trade.
The role is varied and hands-on, with no two days quite the same. Depending on production requirements, you could be assisting on the printing presses, preparing materials, jogging printed sheets, supporting the finishing department, or helping with general production duties. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal starting point for someone looking to develop within the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting Printers and Machine Operators throughout the production process.
- Preparing, jogging, and stacking printed sheets.
- Supporting the finishing department with packing and product preparation.
- Assisting with machine set-ups and production changeovers.
- Moving materials safely between departments.
- Carrying out visual quality checks on printed products.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Supporting the wider production team wherever required.
- Following all health & safety and quality procedures.

The Role
Swift Temps are recruiting for a Night Shift Warehouse Administrator to join a busy distribution operation in Wrexham.
Working within a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock, deliveries, transport, and administration throughout the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse administration, transport administration, or logistics experience looking to join a well-established operation with long-term opportunities.
The role requires someone who is organised, confident using computer systems, and capable of working closely with warehouse, transport, and operational teams to keep everything running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Processing goods in and goods out documentation.
- Booking stock onto internal systems accurately.
- Producing delivery notes, manifests, and transport paperwork.
- Monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries throughout the shift.
- Liaising with drivers, warehouse teams, and transport providers.
- Updating stock records and investigating stock discrepancies.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Managing pallet control records and movement tracking.
- Responding to customer and supplier emails professionally and efficiently.
- Supporting transport planning and route administration where required.
- Maintaining accurate records and operational reports.
- Assisting with general warehouse and logistics administration duties.
What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a warehouse administration, transport administration, logistics administration, or similar role.
- Strong IT skills, including experience using warehouse management systems, stock systems, or Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and remain organised in a busy environment.
- Good communication skills with the confidence to liaise with drivers, customers, and operational teams.
- Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
