The Role

The Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor will lead and manage the Maintenance Department across both the Grassington and Keighley sites. Reporting to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager, the role focuses on ensuring efficient, safe and cost-effective operations, supervising staff, planning and scheduling maintenance activities, and supporting operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• • Supervising and coordinating the workload of the maintenance team
  • Planning daily tasks for engineers

  • Ensuring parts and resources are available for maintenance tasks
  • Monitoring and updating the maintenance job system

The Role
