Damian has a wealth of experience in sales having worked in the recruitment world since the age of 21, starting his career as a Trainee Consultant for a Redditch-based agency. It was his time at this agency that taught him the fundamental recruitment principles across the Industrial, Commercial and Catering sectors. Following a short career break to travel the globe, Damian returned and joined a corporate recruitment agency, spending several years learning all about operations across the corporate sector. He was soon promoted to Branch Manager, and later Area Manager taking up various mentoring positions and overseeing large corporate accounts.
In 2016, Damian decided to put his 16 years experience into creating his own unique brand with a focus on the local area and beyond. He soon joined forces with former colleague Ross Wright, and Swift Temps was born. Today Damian looks after all day-to-day operations at Swift Temps and still plays a proactive role in supporting clients and candidates alike.
Ross Wright started his recruitment career in 2001 as a Trainee Consultant for a local agency. Ross used the five years at this business to develop his career through regular promotions, even being draughted-in to recover struggling branches. In 2006 Ross made the decision to start his own recruitment agency, Wright Staff, which has gone from strength-to-strength over the last decade. Wright Staff is now one of the largest driving recruitment agencies in Worcestershire.
In 2016, Ross took the opportunity to work with former colleague Damian Lee and Swift Temps was born. Ross splits his time between Worcester and Redditch branches, providing proactive support in finance and business strategy.
Kim is the recruitment and payroll administrator at Swift Temps and has been a member of the team since July 2017. Kim has over a decade of experience in the office environment, bringing an efficient and proactive approach when working with clients and candidates alike.
When not at work Kim enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks and working-out at the gym.
Responsible for supporting organisations across the UK in identifying and securing their next employee whilst also providing a knowledgeable and professional service to candidates seeking a new permanent opportunity within the Commercial, Engineering, Industrial, Transportation and Logistics sector. In her spare time Claire particularly enjoys outdoor life with her young son.
Warren is a highly experienced resourcing professional with experience in both internal and external recruitment, sourcing and selection expertise within several fields such as HR and Finance, Health & Social Care, Sales & Marketing, FMCG, Retail, Business Services and Accountancy within the private and public sector and across all levels from graduate to senior management and board appointments. He has a solid background in strategic workforce planning and a proven track record of delivering results when under pressure. In his spare time Warren enjoys travelling to different destinations to experience life cultures, strongly followed by his love for animals; outside of work he spend the majority of his time with his 4 dogs and horses.
With a background in sales spanning over 15 years Clare joins the Permanent Division bringing her experience in Sales Recruitment to the team. Providing the highest level of service to Clients throughout the UK for all of their sales vacancies, Clare aims to place high quality candidates in their ideal roles to ensure a great experience from start to finish. When she’s not at work Clare enjoys spending some quality time with her family.

Emma is in her 14th year in Recruitment she started her journey in administration and payroll , working her way through the ranks and has worked on Cartering,commercial and driving desks. Emma has found her biggest success has been within the Industrial sector, Emma has a calm persona and always looks at the best possible outcome to any issues she is faced with. Emma enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her family which includes her 3 dogs.
Justyna joins the swift Family to manage our Onsite business. Having started her career in warehouse work, she developed picking, packing and FLT Skills. Justyna then transferred these skills to an agency co-ordinator. Resourcing the best candidates to work on site, working her way through the ranks she ended up managing up to 200 industrial staff. Justyna likes time spent on arts and crafts, and spending time with her son.
Marzena works alongside Justyna helping to co-ordinate staff and resource at onsite locations. Marzena started work as a Barmaid in Poland but entered the Industrial sector when arriving in the UK. She has been a picker \ Packer, parcel sorter and eventually assisting with an agency supplier as an agency supervisor. This led to Marzena gaining experience in onsite locations and dealing with up to 250 staff across various shifts. Marzena has a cheeky sense of humour, She enjoys travel and spending time with her Daughter.
Becky supports the Swift teams by providing Marketing support at all levels. She is a highly experienced Chartered Marketer and Member of the Chartered Insitute of Marketing. Throughout her career to date, Bec has re-branded multi-million pound businesses, managed bid submissions up to £26m in value, worked on large-scale website projects and devised and executed a wide range of integrated marcomms campaigns. In her spare time Bec enjoys days out with her family, going to gigs and volunteers as a peer support worker for the local Parent and Community Team.
